We transitioned to KCS in May, they have successfully supported us through an office move and migration to SharePoint all in a very short period of time. They have expertise when it comes to Charities and their staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. This has most definitely laid the foundations for us to grow. Thank you to all the team!

KCS have been the owner of CILIP's IT services for many years. I would highly recommend KCS for any IT and outsourcing needs. The team are highly knowledgeable and will work their way through any situation and complexity. They take on challenges with good grace and humour and work with you as a business partner and not just a 'customer'. It's been a positive and enjoyable experience working with the KCS team and I would not hesitate to recommend them!
We have worked with KCS for many years. They are very professional and swift to respond. They are like another branch of our organisation. Their staff treat everyone of our staff like we are all in the same company. I want to mention both Sharon Fitzpatrick and Angela Scanlon who make sure we get instant responses in times of emergencies and when we need meetings moved, or equipment ordered. Sharon particularly often responds over weekends which gives us VIP service feel. They have made IT both easy to understand and they realise what a not-for-profit organisation needs in terms of value for money solutions. Can't recommend them enough.

Working with KCS over the last 3 years has been a pleasure.
